Life and Death - 09.13.09 This is the situation you have stumbled across without knowing it; You have potentially just saved someone's life or assisted in their suicide. Overwhelming isn't it? My "friend" who wishes to remain anonymous for the time being is contemplating suicide. For the time being we shall call this person "X". "X" and I are very close and our views mean a lot to eachother so we decided to let other people decide the outcome as a test against human nature. Interested? Then keep reading. We have come to an agreement that "X" will stay alive for at least another 2 months. Why? "X" wants to know exactly how many people would be willing to save their life or give them a firm push into the snake pits. "X" is a Nihilist who has issues with humanity and the crushing feeling that humans are more destructive than constructive. That given the opportunity and the right settings people would rather watch a trainwreck quietly hidden in the shadows from a distance than step up and prevent it from happening. How To Decide Life or Death: There is a counter at the top of the page that only tracks unique IP addresses, meaning you can't refresh the page to add to it over and over again. If the counter doesn't reach 1,000,000 before two months have expired... My friend is pretty dead set on committing suicide. But what can I do about it? Just send this website to everyone you know and have them do the same. If you do this then I'm sure enough people who care can prevent this clusterfuck. Haha, but I want them to die!
